SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We aim to have artworks with you within 2 weeks of purchase.
All artworks can either be collected in person or a courier can be arranged for delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of the courier. Collection is from London, SE15. You will be notified by email when your work is ready for collection and we can discuss delivery options if necessary.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your artwork, please contact us (info@felt-collections.com) within 14 days of receiving it. We will then discuss the issue and process a refund, if necessary, once it has been returned safely back to us.
Please note that customers are required to pay for return shipping and the artworks remains your responsibility until we receive it back at our studio.
After we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
