L’OEIL D’EOS

We work from everywhere but our studio is based in the south of France, where we live all year long. We travel all around the world for different clients and try every time to bring some personal work from our trips. 

“Nature is our inspiration. It is part of our life and we cannot spend a day without taking a walk in nature, whether it is the forest, the mountains or a walk by the sea.”

Our work is instinctive; it is the fruit of our explorations around the world but also of details drawn from our daily life.

For us photography is a way to remember time, to freeze the ephemeral and its fragility. It's rare that we work a long time on a photo, we are rather followers of the snapshot, of what makes sense at the time.

Post-production allows us to go a little further in the feeling that we want to arouse in the viewer without completely distorting the initial scene. You have to find the balance to get your message across without erasing the truth.

Eloïse and Luc started their creative studio L’œil d’Eos after a world tour in 2015. L'oeil d'Eos are artistic directors on Frames Dealer, the creative tool for visual agencies and the world of cinema.
